IMU University Members Honored with the Outstanding Educator Award 2024

IMU University is pleased to announce that Dr. Marcus Soe Hein, President of IMU University, and Dr. Ken Thaw Zin, Growth Director of IMU University, have been awarded The Outstanding Educator Award 2024 Cambodia.

This prestigious recognition was conferred by H.E. Dr. Hang Chuon Naron, Deputy Prime Minister & Minister of Education, Youth & Sports, in collaboration with the Federation of Associations of Education Services Cambodia. The award underscores their outstanding contributions to education, leadership, and innovation in the academic sector.

General Assembly and Award Ceremony

On March 22, 2025, the General Assembly and Award Ceremony took place in Phnom Penh, presided over by H.E. Dr. Hang Chuon Naron. The event was attended by distinguished leaders, including H.E. Dr. Hong Lim, President of the Education Services Federation of Cambodia (2025-2027), and Mr. Kong Samneang, Former President (2023-2025).

This recognition reflects IMU University’s ongoing commitment to educational excellence, EdTech innovation, and leadership development in Cambodia and the ASEAN region.
